About Transom

Transom is an SMS workflow-coordination platform operated by KS Partners BV. Participating organizations may use Transom to send conversational and transactional messages, including invoice reminders and workflow notifications.

How to enroll

Employees request enrollment by texting CONSENT to the Transom toll-free number provided by their organization. For example, see Fulcrum’s announcement flyer (mock-up) at right.

Consenting employees will see the Consent Disclosure on the flyer as well as within the SMS conversation. By completing the consent conversation employees expressly opt-in to receive conversational and transactional SMS messages from their organization, delivered through Transom.

At any time, employees may text STOP opt-out of any further Transom conversations.
